Who we are
Worksway ("we", "us") is a software house based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Questions about this policy: prayong@worksway.co.th.
What we collect
Contact details you send us: name, email, company and message when you book a call or use a form.
Basic usage data (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location) through analytics, only where you have allowed it.
If an application we build or operate offers Google sign-in: your Google account email address, name and profile picture, and a stable Google account identifier. We request only the openid, email and profile scopes unless an application clearly states otherwise.
How we use it
To reply to enquiries, schedule and run calls, and deliver the services you asked for.
To create and secure your account and sign you in, when you use Google sign-in.
To understand and improve how our website is used.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Google user data
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google account data is used only to authenticate you and provide the features you see in the application. It is not transferred to third parties except as needed to provide those features or to comply with law, and it is not used to train generalised AI models.
You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Sharing and processors
We use service providers to run the site: hosting, email delivery, analytics (Google Analytics, PostHog) and scheduling (Cal.com). They process data only on our instructions.
We may disclose data if the law requires it.
Retention and deletion
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for up to 24 months afterwards. Account data is kept while your account is active.
To access, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw consent, email prayong@worksway.co.th. We respond within 30 days.
Your rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and the GDPR where it applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing, and you may complain to your data protection authority.
Security
We use encrypted connections and limit access to personal data to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is dated 3 October 2026.
