Agreement

Worksway ("we", "us") is a software house based in Bangkok, Thailand.

By using this website or an application we operate, you agree to these terms. Client projects are governed by their own written agreement, which takes precedence.

Use of the service

Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or reverse engineer it.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

Accounts and Google sign-in

If you sign in with Google, we receive the account data described in our Privacy Policy. You can stop using sign-in and request deletion of your account at any time.

Intellectual property

The site, its content and its code belong to Worksway or its licensors. Work delivered to clients is owned as set out in the client agreement.

Disclaimer and liability

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Bangkok have jurisdiction.
